4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. 4.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

If unusual transaction patterns are detected on an account, mcw 77 may temporarily suspend the account for review. If evidence of payment fraud or money laundering is found, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

Members making their first deposit at mcw 77 receive a 200% bonus, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. 5.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and bonus-related winnings will be cancelled. More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.

The mcw 77 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net loss.
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net loss.
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback on the week's net loss.

For example: a Silver tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Cashback is added to the account automatically on a weekly basis. VIP tier progression is based on continued play and activity — mcw 77 reserves the right to make the final decision on this.

7.1 Finality of Game Results

Each game result is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Once a bet is settled, it is final. If a technical fault causes a problem in a game, mcw 77 reserves the right to declare that round void and the staked amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be treated as void and the staked amount will be refunded. For multi-bets, if one selection is voided, the bet remains active at the combined odds of the remaining selections. Decisions on setting and changing betting odds and match statistics are at the sole discretion of mcw 77.
